Executive Chef Julian St. Claire curates an ever-evolving seasonal menu highlighting hand-dived scallops from the Isle of Skye, dry-aged Hereford beef, wild Welsh venison, and organic heirloom vegetables grown on royal estates.
Dine beneath arched stained-glass ceilings and restored gilded mouldings, accompanied by our master sommelier who oversees an exceptional collection of Grand Cru Bordeaux and vintage Champagnes.

The Windsor Cocktail Lounge
An intimate salon cloaked in warm walnut paneling and plush green velvet, The Windsor Lounge is renowned for its historic cocktail repertoire, curated cigars, and rare single cask spirits.
Sip on our signature Sovereign 1920 Martini, crafted with cold-filtered London botanical gin and vintage vermouth, or explore our lock-and-key vault housing 30-year Macallan and rare Japanese whiskies.

Table & Afternoon Tea Reservations
